Responsibilities:
- Field Work:
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to farm schedules and guidelines.
- Prepare fields for planting by clearing debris, plowing, and tilling soil as directed by farm management.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals to crops under the supervision of experienced personnel.
- Monitor crop health and report any issues such as pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies to farm management.
- Livestock Care:
