Responsibilities:

  1. Field Work:
    • Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to farm schedules and guidelines.
    • Prepare fields for planting by clearing debris, plowing, and tilling soil as directed by farm management.
    • Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals to crops under the supervision of experienced personnel.

  2. Livestock Care:
    • Feed, water, and provide basic care for livestock, including cows, pigs, chickens, and other farm animals.

    • Assist with livestock breeding, birthing, and other related tasks as needed.
  3. Equipment Operation:
    • Operate farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors, plows, cultivators, and irrigation systems, following safety protocols and guidelines.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks on farm equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs.
    • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to farm management for prompt resolution.
  4. General Farm Maintenance:
    • Assist with general farm maintenance tasks, such as fence repair, building maintenance, and groundskeeping.

Qualifications:
