Responsibilities:
- Tractor Operation:
- Operate farm tractors and other heavy equipment to perform various tasks, such as plowing, disking, planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Transport materials, supplies, and equipment within the farm property as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Field Preparation:
- Prepare fields for planting by plowing, harrowing, and leveling the soil to create optimal planting conditions.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals to fields as directed by farm management.
- Assist in irrigation system setup and maintenance to ensure proper water distribution to crops.
- Crop Management:
